General Cleaning/Customizable Cleaning/Organizing: We ask that you please leave your payment out on the kitchen counter before we arrive. If you are paying cash, please be sure to place the payment in an envelope clearly addressed to Winged Lion Cleaning.

Deep Cleaning/Customizable Cleaning: If the cleaning is scheduled for a move in/move out situation, mail in payment is acceptable. Please do not put cash in the mail. If the cleaning is not a move in or move out, we ask that you please leave your payment out on the kitchen counter for us before we arrive. If you are paying cash, please be sure to place the payment in an envelope clearly addressed to Winged Lion Cleaning.

  Infestation Policy:

• Our cleaners reserve the right to leave any house at any point during a cleaning appointment upon the sighting of a roach/bedbug/any highly transmissible infestation. We will not take a payment regardless of how much work had been completed prior to infestation sighting, but we will not risk the transmission of an infestation of any kind to our other clients. We will not return until the infestation has been completely handled and the risk of transmission is gone.

 

 Pets:

• We understand that your pets are part of your family too, and if your pet is friendly/comfortable with new faces, we are more than happy to work while they are present. If however your pet is aggressive, or threatens the safety of our cleaners, we reserve the right to leave the job before it is finished. If this be the case, we will not take the payment and will reschedule to return once the pet is secured away from the cleaners. 

• We will not clean up extensive cat litter, as it could damage our equipment.

Weather Policy: When the weather is dangerous and road conditions are unsafe, we will cancel our scheduled cleaning or organizing appointment. We will happily reschedule your cleaning or organizing date to the earliest possible opportunity.

 We will clean on all Monday holidays.

Holidays: Below are the days we will not offer for cleaning or organizing:

• Thanksgiving day, and the Friday following it.

• December 19th - January 2nd of 2023.

• Thursday of Holy Week through Easter Monday. 

     If you have a regularly scheduled cleaning appointment landing on any of the above mentioned dates, we will do our best to reschedule your cleaning appointment to the earliest possible date.
